Position Overview
As a part-time teacher at Freedom, you may teach regular weekly classes, provide substitute coverage, or both. Lessons follow structured curricula developed by the school, allowing teachers to deliver high-quality classes without needing to create materials from scratch.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Native English speaker (minimum of 16 years of education in English)

Enjoys working with both children and adults

Friendly, energetic, flexible, and optimistic

A strong people person, problem solver, and self-starter

Experience teaching children in a classroom setting

Basic Japanese ability to help answer simple questions from students or parents
Teaching experience and TESL / TEFL / TESOL certification are a plus but not required.
